Cam started in the insurance industry in 1996 at Clay Robinson Ltd. To grow his knowledge base and experience, he worked in all sides of the brokerage including sales, customer service, underwriting and management. From 1996 to 2004, Cam was a shareholder of both Clay Robinson Ltd. and Grey Power Insurance Brokers(SA) Inc. as well a shareholder in West Coast Insurance Group.
In 2004, Cam incorporated Westland Insurance and started the business with a solid foundation by purchasing a book of VIP business from Johnson Inc. (formerly Clay Robinson). Cam has continued to grow the brokerage by purchasing Quigley Hunt Group Insurance Services, Kelbrad Insurance Brokers Ltd. and then merging with Alpine Insurance in February of 2012. Cam looks forward to growing Alpine Insurance while continuing to serve clients who have been with the Clay family for over 30 years.
Cam is a devoted husband and the father of three wonderful children. Along with his family, Cam loves the outdoors; skiing in the winter and boating in the summer. He is also firmly committed to supporting communities and his home town of Calgary.
Susan Adams

Susan started her insurance career in 1982 at her family owned insurance brokerage in London, Ontario. Together with her family, she worked in all aspects of the brokerage eventually taking over the day-to-day operations in 1985. The family brokerage is where Susan’s aptitude for administration, management and accountability in an insurance brokerage was developed and perfected. The family brokerage was sold in 1992 when Susan married and moved to Toronto.
Most recently, Susan was the Personal Insurance Manager for a local insurance company where she was a high net worth insurance specialist. She managed and serviced a large Chubb Clientele and she grew to love working amongst Calgary’s Elite Business Executives, their wives and their assistants. She hopes to continue offering her expertise to our Chubb Clients.
Susan is German speaking and especially enjoys conversing with German clients in their native tongue……. We never know what she is saying!!!

Wendy Andrusyshyn

Wendy has been working for the Clay family for 26 years. She began as a receptionist and then took on other roles including commercial assistant, branch manager and customer service representative.
Currently, Wendy is a Personal Lines Broker who enjoys working with VIP clients and building strong relationships with them as she guides them through the process of protecting their hard-earned assets
Wendy is a mother of two children and spends most of her time in the beautiful countryside of Priddis outside Calgary. Escaping the cold is always a must once winter hits.

Dawn Boot-Bunston

Dawn’s career in the insurance industry spans nearly twenty years. She started in 1994 as a broker in Ontario, relocated to Alberta in 1999, and moved into an information technology role in 2001. Dawn joined the Alpine team in 2009 as a systems administrator and enjoys the opportunity to help her colleagues troubleshoot IT issues.
Dawn has fun doing water sports with family and friends in the summer and likes to hibernate with a good book in the winter.
Gary Clift

Gary has over 30 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. Starting as a Branch Clerk at Eagle Star in High Wycombe, England, Gary worked his way up to a Fire & Accident Underwriter and a Claims Adjustor. He then progressed to becoming an Insurance Broker, and now has over 20 years experience as a broker both in Calgary and the United Kingdom.
Wherever he has worked, it has been his passion to provide outstanding service to clients and help them with their Insurance needs. He enjoys working as an independent broker, because he is able to put the his client's needs first.
Married to Karen, Gary moved to Canada for a better lifestyle 10 years ago. Their passion outside of work is the fabulous Rocky Mountains where you can find them virtually every weekend skiing (alpine and backcountry), hiking/scrambling or mountain biking. His other hobbies are Motorsport and photography. He is happy to be referred to as both a ‘ski bum’ and a ‘petrol head’!

Arna Cornelesen

Arna has worked in the insurance industry since 1987. During that time she has worked primarily in the personal lines department undertaking various roles including distribution clerk, junior underwriter, accounting clerk and underwriter assistant.
She joined the Alpine Insurance team in 2009. She is a dedicated member of the staff who appreciates our focus on client service as well as the family-like atmosphere we foster.
Outside work, Arna enjoys making crafts, gardening and travelling.

Ken Downey

Ken has spent his entire career in the insurance industry, following in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps. He has worked in various sales, service and supervisory roles in Newfoundland, Edmonton, Medicine Hat and Calgary.
Ken has extensive experience in both personal and commercial lines. His passion is sales and service because he loves the customer interaction and the ability to provide each of his clients with the best insurance solutions to meet their unique requirements.
In his spare time, Ken enjoys time with his family and friends. He and his wife Shirley have a daughter at home and two grown sons who also live in Calgary. They are the proud grandparents of a Boxing Day baby girl.

Brenda Fleming

Brenda’s insurance brokerage career spans more than twenty-five years. She joined Alpine in November 2012 as Vice President of Operations, having previously worked with the Clay family in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Brenda has a diversified professional insurance background with a proven track record in management, administration and operations. She holds a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation.
Brenda’s role is to oversee Alpine’s operations and to build and lead a strong, dynamic team. She is driven by delivering exceptional customer experiences and is passionate about employee engagement and development.
In her spare time, Brenda enjoys the outdoors, sports, reading and travel. She has two grown children. Although Brenda has called Calgary home for more than thirty years, she is an Edmonton Eskimos and Oilers fan which makes for some healthy rivalry in the Calgary office!

Carmen Ford

Carmen began her career in the insurance industry 35 years ago, earning her license in 1977. She has been happily employed by the Clay family and Alpine Insurance since 1990. Currently she works as a Commercial Assistant and is proud to deliver efficient service to Alpine’s loyal commercial clients.
Carmen lives in Calgary with her husband and family of dogs. She loves spending time outside – gardening in the spring and summer, and skating in the winter.

Robin Galloway

Robin has worked in the insurance industry for over 14 years. Starting as a receptionist in an insurance brokerage, Robin saw first-hand that brokers really enjoyed their work and were very professional. This experience enticed her take the licensing exam and become a broker herself and she has not looked back since.
Robin really enjoys being part of a profession that gives her the opportunity to go home at the end of the day and be proud of the work that she has done for her clients. She also loves talking to new and interesting people everyday.
Working for an independent brokerage is meaningful for Robin, because she feels that she can represent her customers best interests as opposed to just representing the insurance company itself.
In her spare time, Robin's favorite extra curricular activities are heading out to the mountains for a day on her ATV, camping, and spending time with her two boys ages 15 and 8.
Jason Gaskarth

Jason has 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. As a broker, he has worked on personal auto, home, farm and commercial insurance. Jason has also worked on the company side as a commercial auto underwriter with Aviva Canada. In August of 2010, he joined the Alpine Insurance team, returning to his passion of serving the needs of clients.
Jason, who holds his designation as a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP), enjoys many activities outside of work including home renovations, golf fishing and playing the guitar and mandolin. He is also a leader in his church community a husband and the father of two young daughters.

Greig Henderson

Greig has nearly fifteen years of accounting experience in the insurance industry. He thoroughly enjoys providing accounting and financial expertise within Alpine and finds the company’s focus on delivering the highest quality service to be very rewarding.
Prior to his career in the insurance brokerage industry, Greig worked as an accountant in the trucking, property management, and oil and gas industries. He finds his work environment now to be stimulating and interesting. He enjoys the friendly relationships with his Alpine clients and colleagues.
Greig has a keen interest in music and likes to watch and play hockey, football and tennis. He enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and two teenaged sons whenever possible.

Lucille Jakubowski, a broker in Calgary for almost 16 years, joined Alpine Insurance in 2010. She enjoys our supportive work place which allows her to focus on best serving clients from those just starting out to executives and retirees with custom homes and special assets. Lucille holds two broker designations – the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) .
Lucille grew up in Saskatchewan, moved to Manitoba and has lived in Calgary since 1992. She loves travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Deb began her insurance career in 1986. She joined the Clay family in 1992 and has been at Alpine since 2004. She has worked as a personal lines broker and currently, she is pleased to help manage the Alpine Insurance office. Deb holds a CAIB insurance designation.
Deb, who was born and raised in Calgary, enjoys spending time with her three granddaughters. Deb loves to travel especially via motorcycle or to warm climates like Hawaii.

Ron McLintock

Ron started his insurance career in Glasgow, Scotland with the Commercial Union Insurance Company in 1963. After emigrating to Canada in 1966, he became a commercial lines underwriter, eventually becoming the commercial lines manager at Royal Insurance Company.
He joined Alpine Insurance (formerly Westland Insurance) in July 2004 taking on the responsibility of Vice President and Commercial Broker. Ron is committed to his clients who trust Alpine to offer the proper insurance, and the appropriate assistance when they have a claim.
Ron is a lifelong musician who has played the guitar in many party bands. He enjoys spending time with his daughter and travelling to warmer climates.

Judy Robinson

Judy has spent more than twenty-five years working in insurance. She joined the Alpine team in 2007.
Judy is happy working with the friendly group of people at Alpine and likes her job because it presents different challenges every day.
Outside of work, Judy takes pleasure in watching her five grandchildren participate in their various activities. She also enjoys gardening, doing crafts and playing darts.

Alex Tucker

Alex began her insurance career more than seven years ago at AB Southern Insurance Ltd., which was acquired by Alpine in 2012. She achieved her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 2011.
Alex enjoys working as a personal lines broker in an independent brokerage because it allows her to focus on providing great service to a wide range of clients through access to many different insurance companies. Alex says meeting people from all walks of life makes her job very interesting.
In her spare time, Alex likes to read, hike, off-road, and travel. She was born in England but has lived in the Calgary area for 15 years.

Chris Tucker

Chris is now a commercial insurance specialist but he has worked in many roles during his 35 years in the insurance industry. Chris began his career in the UK where he worked for two international Lloyd’s insurance brokers. He owned and operated AB Southern Insurance for more than ten years before it was acquired by Alpine. Chris holds a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and has taught classes for the Insurance Institute of Southern Alberta.
Chris is married and has three daughters. He swam competitively in England for many years before qualifying as a swim teacher and tutor. He is a certified scuba diver and has flown small Cessna aircraft. Chris now spends much of his spare time signing with a choral group called “up2something”.

As a member of the insurance industry since 2006, Ali has a wide range of experience due to his work in various roles, such as, personal lines, commercial, farm and accident sickness insurance.
Ali truly enjoys working with the staff at Alpine and their commitment to putting their customers first. He finds that his co-workers are willing to lend an extra helping hand to make sure any client or employee of Alpine is treated like family.
In his spare time, Ali likes to work on restoring classic cars and playing hockey. He also enjoys coaching and volunteering with youth in the community for various fundraisers and sporting events.

Deanne joined the Alpine team in July 2012. Although she has worked in insurance for more than six years, Deanne says she still learns something new every day and that is why she enjoys working in the insurance industry.
Deanne says the best part of her job is helping her clients have peace of mind. Her strong relationships with customers make her feel like she is working with family and friends.
A native Calgarian, Deanne enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking and swimming with her friends and family.

Bill began his insurance career in 2011 after spending 25 years in information technology. He enjoys providing his clients with top-notch customer service and says working at Alpine allows him to meet his clients’ specific needs because there is so much flexibility in working for a broker.
Bill’s hobbies include antique cars and helping to rebuild the Avro Arrow Jet Fighter, a piece of Canadian Aerospace history.

Jill began her insurance career in the 1970s at Guardian Insurance. After staying home to raise her family, she returned to the insurance brokerage industry in 1991 and has spent more than twenty years growing her expertise in British Columbia and Alberta.
Jill likes working at Alpine because it is an independent brokerage, meaning she can access a variety of products and services. This gives her the ability to better assist clients, even when their needs don’t “fit the box”. She enjoys her challenging role and the interaction with her customers and co-workers.
When Jill isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. You might find her walking, reading, boating or playing slo-pitch.
