Customer Service Rep – Personal Lines

Current openings in the cities of Calgary, Red Deer, Edmonton and Lethbridge

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interact in a professional friendly manner with all people
  • Maintain accurate files
  • Answer calls in a timely manner, be available to assist with inquiries from prospective new client’s
  • Account round private passenger automobile and property insurance coverage’s
  • Assess risks, calculate premiums, bind coverage and prepare documentation
  • Interface electronically with various insurers, including applications for new business

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years experience with Personal Lines sales and service
  • Professional approach when dealing with customers and team members
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, and Applied Systems the Agency Manager (TAM)
  • Knowledge of AXA, Intact and Wawanesa product lines and pricing
  • Insurance License Level II preferred however will consider applicants with Level I
  • Working toward or completion of CIP and/or CAIB designation
