KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact in a professional friendly manner with all people
- Maintain accurate up-to-date files
- Answer calls in a timely manner, be available to assist with all customer inquiries
- Process change requests, endorsements, renewals online
- Account round private passenger automobile and property insurance coverage
- Assess risks, calculate premiums, bind coverage and prepare documentation
- Interface electronically with various insurers, including applications for new business and change requests
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year experience in the insurance industry
- Professional, polite and respectful approach when dealing with customers and team members
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, and The Agency Manager (TAM) is an asset
- Knowledge of Intact & Wawanesa product lines and pricing is an asset

- Insurance License Level II preferred however will consider applicants with Level I
